Important: Founding commitment of $4,470 is non-refundable and activates membership immediately. Membership covers unlimited new build and off-the-plan acquisitions — no buyer's agency fee. Established property purchases attract a discounted member rate of $17,600 incl. GST (standard rate $22,000 incl. GST). Rental gap coverage of up to $750/week for 2 weeks applies to new build purchases only. Priority deal access activates at Day 60. Annual membership is payable in full upfront and is non-refundable once paid. Performance Commitment: Applies to members who meet all four participation conditions within 18 months. The CAA Performance Commitment
If within 18 months of joining CAA you have actively participated — attended events, reviewed deal drops, and engaged with the Mint team on your property strategy — and you have not recouped your membership fee, Mint Invest will continue working with you personally at no additional cost until you achieve a minimum 2x return on your membership investment.
No time limit. No extra charge. We don't stop until the numbers work.
What 2x Looks Like
Value is measured as: BA fee savings, rental gap coverage received, and documented equity uplift on properties purchased through Mint Invest.
Participation Conditions
The Performance Commitment applies when a member has genuinely engaged with the program. The following conditions must be met within the 18-month window:
Attended at least 2 quarterly events
In-person attendance at Capital Allocation Forum events, or documented remote participation.
Reviewed at least 4 deal drops
Responded to at least 4 fortnightly deal drop communications with a documented assessment.
Completed at least 1 strategy session
Held a formal strategy session with the Mint Invest team to assess your property position.
Did not decline all recommendations without reason
Where properties were recommended and declined, documented reasons were provided to the Mint team.
This is a service commitment, not a cash refund. Mint Invest's obligation is to continue providing buyer's agency services, deal access, and strategy support until the 2x threshold is achieved. Full terms in the CAA Membership Agreement.
